About Us

As President of the Vanderbilt Health Care Club, I have the honor of serving more than 60 dedicated, driven graduate students who all want to make a difference in the world of health care. I hope you will take a few minutes to explore our site and learn about some of the exciting professional development and networking opportunities we provide for health care students at Owen.

If you would like to reach me, or any member of the board, please email HealthCareClub@owen.vanderbilt.edu.

Gina M. Bruno, MBA 2015, President

The Vanderbilt Health Care Club prepares its members for careers as emerging health care leaders and fosters a better understanding of the health care industry by providing educational and networking opportunities. The Vanderbilt Health Care Club also serves as a liaison between the student body, faculty, and administration in the development and implementation of the Health Care MBA program.

How do we do this?

  • Educate our members on the current issues facing the health care industry
  • Provide mentorship to those seeking employment in the health care industry
  • Introduce our members to the wealth of opportunities in the health care industry
  • Provide a professional and social means to network with alumni and area executives

The Vanderbilt Health Care Club is led by first-year and second-year students and advised by Larry Van Horn, Executive Director of Health Affairs and Associate Professor of Management (Economics).
