To me, that means leadership requires not just theory, but also practice, something we try to instill in Owen students through things like case studies in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.owen.vanderbilt.edu\/programs\/mba\/curriculum\/index.cfm\">classroom<\/a>, through <a href=\"http:\/\/www.owen.vanderbilt.edu\/programs\/mba\/hands-on-experience.cfm\">club and case competition participation<\/a>, and through our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.owen.vanderbilt.edu\/about-us\/the-leadership-experience.cfm\">Leadership Development Program<\/a>. However, trying to describe the Owen leadership experience to the outside world \u2014 prospective students, recruiters, peer institutions and the wider Vanderbilt community \u2014 doesn\u2019t quite do it justice.<\/p>\n<p>To offer a glimpse of what our leadership experience really entails, Owen\u2019s Marketing and Communications team has produced a new documentary-style video designed to give a fly-on-the-wall perspective.
