{"id":97,"date":"2011-06-24T16:56:07","date_gmt":"2011-06-24T16:56:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/humancapitalcasecompetition.com\/dev2\/?page_id=97"},"modified":"2024-07-25T16:14:16","modified_gmt":"2024-07-25T21:14:16","slug":"team-composition","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogs.owen.vanderbilt.edu\/hccc\/team-composition\/","title":{"rendered":"Team Composition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;text-decoration: underline\">Team Composition Requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Each team must have 4-5 current full-time MBA students from the same US-based university<\/li>\n<li>At least half of the team must be first-year students<\/li>\n<li>All students must have already obtained a bachelor\u2019s degree<\/li>\n<li>All students must have at least 2 years of prior full-time work experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;text-decoration: underline\">Other Requirements:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">1.)\u00a0 Part-time students and Executive MBAs are NOT eligible to participate in the Competition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">2.)\u00a0 An individual may not apply to or participate in the Competition on more than one team.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>3.)\u00a0\u00a0<span style=\"color: #000000\">Current and former principals or employees of Bank of America Corporation are NOT eligible to participate in the Competition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">4.)\u00a0 Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management students who are participating in the planning of the Competition (the \u201cOwen Case Competition Leadership Team\u201d) are NOT eligible to participate in the Competition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">5.)\u00a0 Once a team has become a Selected Team, any replacement members for a Selected Team must submit an application in accordance with the substitution\u00a0process (Team FAQ #6) in order to be included in the Competition on such Selected Team, unless expressly permitted by Sponsor through written approval.
