John Reed

John is an internationally recognized executive and leadership coach. Don is a dynamic coach and consultant with over 25 years of experience.  He uses innovative state-of-the-art techniques to help people explore how to resolve conflict, communicate more effectively, and negotiate win-win outcomes.  He works with both corporate clients and individuals in dealing with change, stress management, negotiations, conflict, emotional intelligence, leadership skills, career counseling, and communication effectiveness.  His primary focus is finding practical ways for people to improve their interactions in a high-stress, high demand world.  He uses a wide range of assessments, including MBTI, DiSC and the Highlands Battery.  He earned his doctorate from the University of Tennessee, and has worked with companies in both the US and Europe, including, GlaxoSmithKline, Cisco, Ericson, and the 101st Airborne division during Desert Storm.
