The 2011 Health Service Case Competition was the first of what the recently formed Business School Alliance for Health Care Management intends to become an annual event. Sponsored by DaVita, a leading provider of kidney care in the U.S., teams of three students each developed strategies to take on a real-world business case related to health care management.<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\" style=\"width: 1px;height: 1px\">Vanderbilt\u2019s team included Dr. Jennifer Rymer, BS\u201905, MBA\u201911, MD\u201911; Avery Fisher, MBA\u201911; and Jonathan Cook, an MBA candidate for 2012.
