Lodging

The MBA program has a block of reserved room at the Hilton Garden Inn; you can reserve them online while they last (when the block is full, or March 17, whichever comes first). If you need lodging and find the room block is gone or expired, please see below for other lodging options.

Book your hotel as soon as possible! Because of the magnetic appeal of Nashville, and the many exciting events and activities happening here all the time, hotels sell out very quickly. If your room block has been maxed out, check the following sites for other options:

Plan Your Travel

Welcome Weekend events begin Friday, April 7, at 5:30 p.m. and conclude on Saturday, April 8, at 8:30 p.m. central. You will want to book travel and make lodging arrangements as soon as possible, as Nashville is a very popular travel destination, and rooms will, unfortunately, fill up. If you haven’t visited Nashville, you are in for a treat. It is a vibrant, engaging city that is ranked one of the country’s best places to live. Learn more about Vanderbilt’s hometown: Nashville.

Guest Policy

Spouses/partners are invited to Welcome Weekend! In fact, the opening event on Friday is an optional but popular “Cocktails and Conversation” session with the Vanderbilt Owen Partners Association, a joint event for admitted applicants and their partners/spouses. Please check out the OPA web site to help begin your transition to Owen and Nashville. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with questions, or email the OPA group directly at opa@owen.vanderbilt.edu.
