Why Human Capital
Why Human Capital?
Human capital matters. No matter your role in an organization, you will encounter human capital issues and challenges ranging from talent acquisition to change management and from performance management to people analytics. As organizations need to solve increasingly complex human capital challenges, are you prepared to help solve them?
That’s where the National MBA Human Capital Case Competition comes in. The idea for the competition began with students and professors at the Owen Graduate School of Management who wanted a way to elevate and showcase the importance of human capital strategy in business schools. The case competition is held annually in Nashville, Tennessee, where top MBA candidates form teams to go head-to-head in solving the most critical human capital issues organizations face today. The event is designed to test students’ ability to think critically, develop sound business solutions, and present to a panel of prestigious judges, who are experts in the field.
Bank of America is sponsoring the National MBA Human Capital Case Competition. Bank of America has demonstrated a long-term commitment to helping students grow and develop their careers, and this case competition is designed to help students become future business leaders.
