Detox from digital life.

BALANCE: engage in an exercise that helps promote balance – hold a digital detox. Pick a day and after 5:00 pm that day until you wake up the next day, turn your phone off or put on vibrate and throw in a drawer. The next day, list all the things you did that evening.
