Define and clarify the non-negotiables for you to have balance.
BALANCE: at the core of balance is a foundation of meeting your basic needs. What are your basic needs? The deal-breakers. The things that you must do in order to be able to do all else. (i.e. exercise, meditation, alone time, etc.)
Make a list. Circle those things that you currently have embedded in your weekly routines.
- How many are left uncircled?
- How important are those items?
- If they are important, what are ways you can start to incorporate them?
- Make them non-negotiables?
