Dayle Savage

Dayle Savage, EdD PCC, lives her life at the intersection of leadership and learning. Her life’s work is to realize, value, and inspire the possibilities of professional development for all who lead.

 

She has a thriving coaching practice, spiraLearning, LLC, serving leaders and emerging leaders who want to get to the next level. Dayle helps her clients build their capacity to bring their best selves to their work, so that they add even more value to their teams and organizations while being recognized for a job well done.

 

Dayle has successfully operated a consulting practice serving corporate, non-profit, and government entities in a myriad of change management and organization development projects for the past twenty-one years. During this timeframe, Dayle also enjoyed a rewarding academic life at Vanderbilt University as faculty and program director of the Leadership and Organizational Performance graduate program. During her tenure she created and implemented an Office of Career Services for the 800+ graduate students on Peabody College’s campus.

John Reed PhD, MBA, MCEC, PCC

John is known as one of most skilled and qualified executive and leadership coaches. John helps capable people excel further, working with senior leaders, boards, executive teams, entrepreneurs and other professionals. When working with John you will experience a sharp focus on setting and reaching ROI and coaching goals. He sees himself as an experienced MBA with additional psychological skills to help clients better understand themselves and their coworkers. John is expert in helping clients see themselves accurately and then move forward effectively, better managing perceptions and strengthening leadership behaviors to set themselves apart.

He has been a Managing Principal since 2005 at Quinn Reed Associates (www.quinnreedassociates.com).  He is designated as a Master Coach by Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, a Master Corporate Executive Coach by the MEECO Leadership Institute and a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. He is a Navy veteran with an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth, an AB from Dartmouth College and, as a licensed organizational psychologist, a PhD from the University of Georgia. He previously worked in the strategy practice of Accenture and the public-sector practice of CGI.

Mel Asbury

Mel has held corporate leadership positions in large global companies such as Exxon Mobil and Glaxo SmithKline so he thoroughly understands the issues executives face today in the business world. He has a proven ability to coach executives on how to quickly focus on the most important goals and strategies for achieving their highest level of performance. He has a unique ability to help stretch executives’ thinking about new approaches for moving forward, especially during times of organizational change. Much of his skill and capability was honed as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, in changing industries such as biotech, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and healthcare. His work experience and major accomplishments encompass involvement in mergers and acquisitions, startups, organizational redesign projects, and other innovative H.R. programs that impact human productivity.
