John Reed

John is an internationally recognized executive and leadership coach. He has been a Managing Principal since 2005 at Quinn Reed Associates (www.quinnreedassociates.com).  He is designated as a Master Coach by Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, a Master Corporate Executive Coach by the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches and a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. Donna B. Yurdin, SPHR

Donna has over 35 years of business experience in corporate leadership and consulting. As an executive coach and performance consultant, Donna utilizes her experience, expertise, and knowledge to bring effective solutions to individuals, teams, and organizations seeking to enhance leadership effectiveness, team engagement, and individual achievement. Her work with clients has brought about increased awareness, self-knowledge, and a focus on goals that support long-term growth. Donna has worked with clients in health care, financial services, higher education, telecommunications, manufacturing, government, and non-profit environments.

Donna has been a coach for the Owen program since the beginning, working with MBA and MMHC students to understand the results of their assessments and put new awareness of self into a framework for reaching professional goals.

In addition to individual coaching, Donna works with leaders in aligning what is important for the organization achieving success with how individuals can contribute most effectively. Her expertise extends to assessing culture, developing inclusion strategies, leadership development training, mentoring programs, and change management strategies.

Sheila Madden

Marie Golden

Leadership development roles in three corporations helped Marie discover her passion for coaching. Her work included training and development, then coaching over 400 managers and executives in transition before she was invited to launch an executive coaching practice for a consulting firm 17 years ago. She began coaching C-suite leaders and their teams of officers, directors and managers. She was later invited to coach MBA students at the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and discovered how much she enjoys working with emerging leaders, as well. She has coached leaders in a wide range of functional disciplines in at least 18 business sectors. Marie believes coaching provides the context for collaboration at its best and has established enduring relationships with her clients. She delights in partnering with leaders who value bracketed time to summon their best thinking before moving to action.

Kay James

Kay spent over 25 years as a strategic and financial advisor to the health care industry, serving as a partner in an international management consulting practice and as the founder of a successful niche consulting firm. Her clients valued her analytical thinking and advice on technical matters but specifically sought her out because of the benefits they found in her coaching for their growth as leaders and executives. As a result, Kay decided over ten years ago to concentrate her practice exclusively on leadership development. As a coach she draws on her deep understanding of business and organizations as well as on her skills in behavior change and conflict management to enhance organizational performance by guiding the development of key leaders. She is a keynote presenter and workshop facilitator for professional groups and leadership teams on topics related to leadership, strategy, change, entrepreneurship, and teambuilding.
