Dayle Savage

Dayle Savage, EdD PCC, lives her life at the intersection of leadership and learning. Her life’s work is to realize, value, and inspire the possibilities of professional development for all who lead.

 

She has a thriving coaching practice, spiraLearning, LLC, serving leaders and emerging leaders who want to get to the next level. Dayle helps her clients build their capacity to bring their best selves to their work, so that they add even more value to their teams and organizations while being recognized for a job well done.

 

Dayle has successfully operated a consulting practice serving corporate, non-profit, and government entities in a myriad of change management and organization development projects for the past twenty-one years. During this timeframe, Dayle also enjoyed a rewarding academic life at Vanderbilt University as faculty and program director of the Leadership and Organizational Performance graduate program. During her tenure she created and implemented an Office of Career Services for the 800+ graduate students on Peabody College’s campus.

Michael Landrum

Michael has over 35 years of experience working in various aspects of talent and leadership development.  He provides executive coaching to assist his clients to reach their full potential in the areas of self-awareness, trust, communication, inspirational leadership, transition, and executive presence.  He also works with high potential employees to create and execute career strategies based on their passion, skills and competencies.

Michael has also worked closely with university students and young professionals with leadership and professional development, career strategy, and transition.  He has taught workshops and provided coaching to ensure the success of these students and young professionals.

Glenn Taylor is devoted to helping others grow, change, and maximize their potential.  A certified coach, consultant, speaker and writer, he supports individuals and organizations in achieving higher performance characterized by concrete action and results.  Glenn specializes in leadership, team performance, career advancement, personal branding, emotional intelligence and effective communication.

Founder and President of Skybound Coaching & Training, Glenn hosts the “Dare to Fly Higher Podcast,” and creates content for the Skybound blog, YouTube Channel and online courses, in addition to writing for Forbes.com.  Prior to being a full-time entrepreneur, Glenn worked as Chief Marketing Officer for the Houston Symphony, in which he led a team of over 20 marketing, PR and customer service professionals, was responsible for $10 million in revenue, and spearheaded the complete rebranding of the institution in celebration of its centennial.

Glenn is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF), and has his Masters of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership.  He coaches, teaches and facilitates coach training for entities including Rice University, Vanderbilt University and University of Houston.  He serves on the board for the Houston Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Chuck specializes in helping leaders develop effective communications skills, hone leadership style and approach, and improve self-awareness and self-development capabilities.

Chuck began coaching in 2011 with Korn Ferry | Hay Group, working with Director and VP-level corporate leaders, transitioning military officers, and EMBA candidates at some of the world’s top B-Schools. Chuck’s former clients are influential leaders in some of the world’s most well-respected companies, including Accenture, Apple, Ernst & Young, Genentech, IBM, McKinsey & Co., and Yahoo!

Tracy Kaplan

Tracy Kaplan is an experienced executive coach, consultant, and strategic thought partner who focuses on helping her clients identify and follow their own unique voices in creating meaningful work and fulfilling lives. Tracy believes that understanding deeply the things that matter most to us and learning to honor and express them fully leads to greater alignment between who we are and what we do:

Janet Walls

Janet is President and Founder of Delta Blvd, a management consulting and executive coaching company she founded in 2007. Janet coaches executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs in the areas of strategy, leadership development, and professional growth. She has more than thirty years experience in finance and operations including roles as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations. Janet received a B.B.A. in Accounting and a M.Ed. in Learning and Organizational Change from Belmont University. She serves as an Adjunct Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at Belmont University, an adjunct lecturer of Management at Vanderbilt University and as a Leadership Development Coach at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. Janet and her husband are both Nashville natives and currently reside in Franklin, TN where they enjoy hiking, traveling, and music.

Donna B. Yurdin, SPHR

Donna has over 35 years of business experience in corporate leadership and consulting. As an executive coach and performance consultant, Donna utilizes her experience, expertise, and knowledge to bring effective solutions to individuals, teams, and organizations seeking to enhance leadership effectiveness, team engagement, and individual achievement. Her work with clients has brought about increased awareness, self-knowledge, and a focus on goals that support long-term growth. Donna has worked with clients in health care, financial services, higher education, telecommunications, manufacturing, government, and non-profit environments.

Donna has been a coach for the Owen program since the beginning, working with MBA and MMHC students to understand the results of their assessments and put new awareness of self into a framework for reaching professional goals.

In addition to individual coaching, Donna works with leaders in aligning what is important for the organization achieving success with how individuals can contribute most effectively. Her expertise extends to assessing culture, developing inclusion strategies, leadership development training, mentoring programs, and change management strategies.
