Mina Brown

Mina Brown is an experienced and masterful executive coach, career consultant, author, trainer, public speaker, and entrepreneur. As President of Positive Coach LLC, she offers comprehensive executive coaching and leadership development services. She also teaches professional and managerial coaching through her own ICF and BCC accredited programs. As a former corporate CFO and operations executive, she combines business leadership experience with over two decades of coaching success to help clients achieve clear and significant outcomes. Her clients, who come from a broad spectrum of industries, describe her as “engaging, compassionate, challenging, inspirational and fun.”

She is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), Board Certified Coach (BCC), Certified Hogan Coach, and Master NLP Practitioner. Philippa Strelitz has over fifteen years of experience in designing and delivering customized interventions to address high performance leadership, teamwork, communication, diversity issues and organizational culture across a range of industries including higher education, health care, transportation and entertainment.  She has consulted extensively on strategic planning, work culture, performance and leadership issues with both corporate and nonprofit organizations around the country.

Tracy Kaplan

Tracy Kaplan is an experienced executive coach, consultant, and strategic thought partner who focuses on helping her clients identify and follow their own unique voices in creating meaningful work and fulfilling lives. Tracy believes that understanding deeply the things that matter most to us and learning to honor and express them fully leads to greater alignment between who we are and what we do:

Mary Berlin

Since 1989, Mary has served as President of berlin&company, a workplace consultancy providing organization assessment and redesign services, strategic and change management planning, leadership and team development, executive assessment and selection, training design and delivery, and individual and group coaching services to a wide array of clients in both private and public organizations.

Mary is an experienced consultant/coach who understands the simultaneous and sometimes conflicting needs of individuals and companies.  Working with organizations and individuals often within the same company, Mary is able to help both parties identify their stage of development and the critical steps that will move them forward.  An important part of this work is identifying and addressing the obstacles that may be inhibiting growth.

In her coaching practice, Mary helps each person recognize their unique gifts and supports each person in finding their way to the best expression of those gifts within in the workplace.  She establishes a creative space where individuals build their confidence while trying out new behaviors.  Mary guides her clients to new ways of seeing themselves using practical and authentic methodologies enabling them to move forward and achieve their goals.  Mary has a passion for teaching and regards the workplace as one of the arenas where we engage in some of our most important development work.

Patricia Wheeler

Dr. Patricia Wheeler is Managing Partner of The Levin Group LLC, a leadership advisory firm with extensive experience within complex organizations. An expert in leadership development and executive coaching, she has more than twenty years of experience focused on helping smart, technically talented executives become more effective leaders, creating high performing teams and developing organizational talent and “bench strength.” She works with leaders around the world helping them hone their skills, competencies and executive presence.

 

Patricia specializes in executive assessment and feedback, executive coaching, developing high performing senior teams, and talent engagement.  She has assisted hundreds of senior leaders and their teams become even more effective as they face their current and emerging challenges.  She is known for her experience and research in executive transitions, helping leaders maximize success in bigger and broader roles, and for helping leaders succeed and drive business results in times of rapid change and complexity.  She created the FastForward transition program for senior leaders, which has been used by individuals and organizations across the globe.

Diane Watson

Diane is a Leadership Transition coach who draws on experienced gained during a distinguished career in corporate, public, higher-education, and not-for-profit sectors where she traversed diverse organizational structures, developed resiliency, and achieved success in changing environments.  As a leader, Diane created new programs which positively impacted the bottom line and helped leaders navigate challenging situations at every level of the organization.

 

During her career, Diane held external facing leadership roles.  She managed community relations programs for American General; served on the leadership team for Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance where she directed the public,  media relations and crisis communications; managed several non-profits; and spent 12 plus years working with top executives at Vanderbilt to help them achieve their financial goals.  Diane currently utilizes her background and experiences in her leadership and transition coaching business where she works with highly accomplished leaders facing new challenges, stepping into executive positions, leading their teams to new levels of success, developing their direct reports and making career changes.  In addition, Diane works with executives planning their next chapter and life following retirement.

Don Azevedo

Don is a dynamic coach and consultant with over 25 years of experience.  He uses innovative state-of-the-art techniques to help people explore how to resolve conflict, communicate more effectively, and negotiate win-win outcomes.  He works with both corporate clients and individuals in dealing with change, stress management, negotiations, conflict, emotional intelligence, leadership skills, career counseling, and communication effectiveness.  His primary focus is finding practical ways for people to improve their interactions in a high-stress, high demand world.  He uses a wide range of assessments, including MBTI, DiSC and the Highlands Battery.  He earned his doctorate from the University of Tennessee, and has worked with companies in both the US and Europe, including, GlaxoSmithKline, Cisco, Ericson, and the 101st Airborne division during Desert Storm.

Janet Walls

Janet is President and Founder of Delta Blvd, a management consulting and executive coaching company she founded in 2007. Janet coaches executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs in the areas of strategy, leadership development, and professional growth. She has more than thirty years experience in finance and operations including roles as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations. Janet received a B.B.A. in Accounting and a M.Ed. in Learning and Organizational Change from Belmont University. She serves as an Adjunct Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at Belmont University, an adjunct lecturer of Management at Vanderbilt University and as a Leadership Development Coach at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. Janet and her husband are both Nashville natives and currently reside in Franklin, TN where they enjoy hiking, traveling, and music.

Mel Asbury

Mel has held corporate leadership positions in large global companies such as Exxon Mobil and Glaxo SmithKline so he thoroughly understands the issues executives face today in the business world. He has a proven ability to coach executives on how to quickly focus on the most important goals and strategies for achieving their highest level of performance. He has a unique ability to help stretch executives’ thinking about new approaches for moving forward, especially during times of organizational change. Much of his skill and capability was honed as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, in changing industries such as biotech, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and healthcare. His work experience and major accomplishments encompass involvement in mergers and acquisitions, startups, organizational redesign projects, and other innovative H.R. programs that impact human productivity.
