Bernadette brings over 15 years of experience as a trusted coach, advisor and consultant to executives globally. From building a Risk Consulting Practice in Asia, to being the Chief of Staff for the Consulting CEO, and to leading the People and Organizational Change practice specializing in Financial Services – she has proven to have the necessary experience and perspective to navigate the complex world of leading a global business.

Her work experience, particularly with one of the largest global consulting firms, has been characterized by impactful transitions that elevated her business and cultural acumen. She has helped global organizations go through change management, leadership alignment, organizational design, culture alignment, strategic communications, and development programs.

Andy Schumacher

With more than 20 years of experience in international strategic management, organizational  development, and marketing, Andreas (Andy) Schumacher, Ph.D. carefully balances the integration of human factors with efficient  and  effective process  improvement, change, or team interventions. Among other past projects he has successfully led organizations through mergers and acquisitions, turn-around situations, strategy alignment, and product line integrations, and oversaw the international roll out of enterprise training tools in over 15 countries.

Andy serves as an Organizational Psychologist in the Leadership Institute at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. He received both his Bachelors of Business Administration and Economics, and his MBA from the Westphalian  Wilhelms-University  in  Muenster,  Germany, and his  Doctorate  in  Industrial  /  Organizational  Psychology from  Capella  University. Among  other  certifications  he  has earned his International Coach Federation credential as  an executive  coach  at  the  professional  certified  coach  level (PCC).

Sue Negrey

Sue is a seasoned executive, consultant and leadership coach who partners with executives and emerging leaders to accelerate critical changes and sustain results in themselves and in their organizations. Bringing more than 25 years of experience in management, consulting and coaching to her clients, Sue enables organizations and individuals to achieve strategic goals through increased focus, accountability and measurement disciplines.  Client engagements include executive coaching, strategic business planning, team facilitation and the design and execution of learning and development programs.

Sue’s personal business experiences at Arthur Andersen, DigitalThink, and as an entrepreneur managing a specialty medical practice has afforded her opportunities to work across a variety of industries and cultures.  Sue has cultivated a love of client service, a love of learning, and ultimately a love of coaching.  Sue is skilled in administrating assessments to increase self-awareness and extend leadership agility through improved relationships and team-building. Clients have extended from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.  Sue has also been a leader in a number of non-profit organizations and currently serves on the Board of the International Coach Federation (ICF), New York City Chapter.

Michael Landrum

Michael has over 35 years of experience working in various aspects of talent and leadership development.  He provides executive coaching to assist his clients to reach their full potential in the areas of self-awareness, trust, communication, inspirational leadership, transition, and executive presence.  He also works with high potential employees to create and execute career strategies based on their passion, skills and competencies.

Michael has also worked closely with university students and young professionals with leadership and professional development, career strategy, and transition.  He has taught workshops and provided coaching to ensure the success of these students and young professionals.

Don Azevedo

Don is a dynamic coach and consultant with over 25 years of experience.  He uses innovative state-of-the-art techniques to help people explore how to resolve conflict, communicate more effectively, and negotiate win-win outcomes.  He works with both corporate clients and individuals in dealing with change, stress management, negotiations, conflict, emotional intelligence, leadership skills, career counseling, and communication effectiveness.  His primary focus is finding practical ways for people to improve their interactions in a high-stress, high demand world.  He uses a wide range of assessments, including MBTI, DiSC and the Highlands Battery.  He earned his doctorate from the University of Tennessee, and has worked with companies in both the US and Europe, including, GlaxoSmithKline, Cisco, Ericson, and the 101st Airborne division during Desert Storm.

Janet Walls

Janet is President and Founder of Delta Blvd, a management consulting and executive coaching company she founded in 2007. Janet coaches executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs in the areas of strategy, leadership development, and professional growth. She has more than thirty years experience in finance and operations including roles as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations. Janet received a B.B.A. in Accounting and a M.Ed. in Learning and Organizational Change from Belmont University. She serves as an Adjunct Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at Belmont University, an adjunct lecturer of Management at Vanderbilt University and as a Leadership Development Coach at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. Janet and her husband are both Nashville natives and currently reside in Franklin, TN where they enjoy hiking, traveling, and music.

Mel Asbury

Mel has held corporate leadership positions in large global companies such as Exxon Mobil and Glaxo SmithKline so he thoroughly understands the issues executives face today in the business world. He has a proven ability to coach executives on how to quickly focus on the most important goals and strategies for achieving their highest level of performance. He has a unique ability to help stretch executives’ thinking about new approaches for moving forward, especially during times of organizational change. Much of his skill and capability was honed as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, in changing industries such as biotech, pharmaceutical, telecommunications and healthcare. His work experience and major accomplishments encompass involvement in mergers and acquisitions, startups, organizational redesign projects, and other innovative H.R. programs that impact human productivity.
