Coaching Philosophy

Leadership development is essentially about increasing self-awareness.  Since every individual and organization is unique, the pathway for successful leadership in any given situation or organization is highly individualized.  Delia supports her clients in seeing the environmental and organizational challenges more clearly, so that when coupled with heightened self-awareness, leaders create fresh perspectives and new choices which improves navigating the complexity of today’s environment.

Community Activities and Personal Interests

In her free time Delia attends live music venues throughout Nashville; Hiking locally and in the Smoky Mountains; Yoga; Traveling; and Cooking with her husband.  Delia spends time with friends, family and also supports several local non-profits based in Nashville, TN.
